This Toolkit explores how Public Health – Seattle & King County is working to help serve those residents whose needs may be overlooked during an emergency event.
It should be used as a guide for public health departments, other first responders, government, and community based organizations as they plan for addressing the needs of the entire community. Its purpose is to provide tools and information that will help you save time.
This Toolkit also features the work of other leading health departments as well as Advanced Practice Center partners in the area of Vulnerable Populations. We look forward to adding additional stories, resources, content and tools as they become available.
