Community Communications Network

The Community Communication Network (CCN) was established as a partnership between Public Health – Seattle & King County and community based organizations (CBOs) to quickly disseminate essential health information in an emergency to hard-to-reach, vulnerable residents.

Public Health started with an example, the Kentucky Outreach and Information Network (KOIN) and built a system for effectively communicating Health Advisories and Health Alerts to community partners.

Learn more about Health Advisories and Health Alerts and customize your local communications network by using the CCN Sample & Tools.
